200 West Arbor Drive
San Diego, CA 92103.

Registration
Registration for the meeting is free, but advanced registration is needed so that adequate
arrangements made. As a part of this registration process, the CSG contact list will be
updated electronically. To register, please send an email with your name, degree, title,
affiliation, address, office phone and fax numbers, email address, number for lunch and

Program Presentations
The program is open to papers on everything from basic science to clinical medicine and
all points in between. Data of interest presented elsewhere, or updates of work
previously presented are welcome. Presentations should be no more than 10 minutes in
length to allow time for discussion. Please send full titles and authorship as you would
like them to appear in the program to Janis Blair (blair.janis@mayo.edu) by Thursday
January 31, 2008.
Unusual Coccidioidomycosis Cases
The “Most Unusual Cases of Cocci” session, which has been part of the program for the
past 18 years, will be continued. In the past, cases have been selected for presentation
because of their unusual nature or because of their potential to stimulate discussion about
the pathogenesis, diagnosis, or treatment of coccidioidomycosis. To allow maximal time
for discussion and audience participation, case presentations should be approximately 5
minutes each, rather than broad reviews of the literature. This year, Dr. Rafael LaniadoLaborin
will chair the session; those interested in presenting a case during this session
should contact Rafael directly. rafaellaniado@gmail.com).
Business Meeting
A business meeting of the CSG members will take place during the day. Foremost on the
agenda will be a vote regarding the bylaws that were proposed at last year’s meeting. A
copy of the proposed by-laws has been sent with previous correspondences for review.
Comments, questions, or concerns should be directed to Tony Catanzaro or Janis Blair
PRIOR to the meeting, so that issues can be resolved, and a vote taken at the time of the
meeting.
Saturday Lunch and Dinner
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided at the meeting. Plans for dinner are being
made and sponsorship is being sought. Additional information will be forthcoming.
